NAOMI'S HEALING JOURNEY
My niece, Naomi, received chemotherapy treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) from her date of diagnosis, April 28, 2006, when she was 3 years old, until July 19, 2008. Today, 7 year old Naomi is a healthy, happy child, enjoying life mostly free from the hospital (she will continue to have monthly oncology checkups until 2013, when she'll be officially declared "a cancer survivor").
