All fees presume an adequate piano on-site.

To reserve my services for your wedding or event, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Wedding Ceremony	$500 (pianist booking) $750 (pianist + singer booking) This price includes the wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour if applicable), the prelude (commencing 20 minutes before the printed wedding start time), the ceremony itself and exit music for your guests.
Events Receptions, cocktail hours, private parties and other private events	$175 per hour (pianist booking) $250 per hour (pianist + singer booking) For events longer than 1 hour, there will be hourly 15 minute breaks following the first hour.
Events Funerals, memorial services, and memorial receptions	$150 per hour
Equipment Roland A-37 keyboard, JV-2020 sound module & amp	$100 flat rate In case there is no adequate piano on the event site.
Overtime Rate	$175 per hour Charged in ¼ hour increments
Relocation Fee Only applies only to keyboard, not piano, bookings. For significant location moves which require breaking down and setting up equipment.	$40 per new location
Recording Rate (keyboardist or tracks)	$450 per song for keyboard parts on original material* $100 per hour for music production (arranging, performing, etc.) *Variable rate options available for original material. Please call.

Travel Fees (over 50 miles)	$1 per mile Events more than 50 miles from San Leandro require a 2-hour minimum
